Excellent engagement, service, support and product development by a professional and competent manufacturing partner. Could not recommend in a more positive way as James was first class at every stage. Problems with delivery caused by freight delays were always handled politely with offers of support and replacement of products should the delivery fail - could not have been handled better in a situation that was outside of the factories control, and they could have chosen to walk away. But instead they chose to support through to end delivery. Thanks James.
